Once you place your order, a dedicated designer will be assigned exclusively to you. Your designer will contact you via the email address you provided during checkout. You can chat live with your designer by entering your designer’s name and your order number in the live chat.
After providing the necessary information, you can share your vision for your dream website with your designer, bringing you one step closer to making your dream a reality.
Upwork & Fiverr
If you prefer to place your orders through third-party platforms instead of our website, all you need to do is select the project that suits you and place your order. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

DYWebsiteBuilder&Designer provides digital services such as Shopify store setup, website design, customization, and consulting.
All services are delivered digitally — no physical products are shipped.
After placing an order, we will contact you by email to discuss your project details.
The design or setup process starts only after receiving your confirmation and all necessary information.
If we cannot reach you within 2 business days after your purchase, your order will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed through trusted providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe, depending on your region.
All prices are listed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Each service package includes a specific number of revisions, as stated in the product description.
Additional revisions or requests outside the original package may require an extra fee.
Final client approval means the project is considered complete.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.
Refunds are available only before the design or setup process begins, as all work is custom-made for each client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and any materials needed to complete the project.
Delays in communication or missing details may affect delivery times or cause project cancellation.
Upon full payment and completion, you own the final website files and design elements.

DYWebsiteBuilder&Designer is not liable for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Shopify, hosting providers, or payment platforms) or for changes made by the client after project completion.

You may request a cancellation and full refund before the design or setup process has started.
In this case, your payment will be refunded in full through the same payment method used during purchase.
Once the design process has begun, refund or cancellation requests can no longer be accepted,
as the service is custom-tailored specifically for you.
After placing an order, we will attempt to contact you to confirm project details.
If we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, your order will be automatically canceled
and a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
